Visa requirements for Saudi citizens

Visa requirements for Saudi citizens are administrative entry restrictions by the authorities of other states placed on citizens of Saudi Arabia.

As of 2024, Saudi citizens had visa-free or visa on arrival access to 86 countries and territories, ranking the Saudi passport 61st in the world according to the Henley Passport Index.[1]

Also according to Passport Index website, As of 2024, Saudi citizens had visa-free or visa on arrival access (including eTAs) to 100 countries and territories, ranking the Saudi Passport in terms of travel freedom 47th according to the Passport Index,[2]

Saudi citizens do not need a visa to enter other Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries and also have the right to work in those countries. Similarly, citizens of other GCC states do not need a visa to enter Saudi Arabia. GCC citizens can use a GCC national identity card (rather than a passport) to enter Saudi Arabia.
